The Lipton Group, Inc. uses a three-phased approach for facilitating an organizational change process. This approach provides a clear, conceptual model for major change management, while establishing a valuable perspective on change process design. The change process must set the finest example of a well-planned, properly executed, effective business process. We work with our clients to make that happen.
The Lipton Group, Inc. applies a hands-on approach to every aspect of the change process. By ensuring that each intervention is properly implemented and organizational change skills are transferred to the client, the client is able to keep pace with the changing marketplace once the intervention is completed.
Briefly stated, the phases are as follows:
Phase I prepares an organization for change. In Phase I, the company is analyzed from both a technical and social perspective and overall process objectives are established. The process is co-designed with a client's leadership and management, then introduced to staff in such a way that an aligned commitment to the process and the objectives begins to develop.
Phase II is the core of the process. This is where The Lipton Group, Inc. works with a client's leadership team to develop and implement a highly strategic and personalized blueprint for change with emphasis on organizational design, process design, work dynamics and results. Phase II will intentionally drive issues to the forefront that must be resolved for the organization to move forward. This is the most challenging and rewarding part of the entire change process.
Phase III completes the process by ensuring final systems integration and documentation of results. It includes the process for developing new and aggressive goals that support the company in maintaining a mode of continuous improvement.
With the help of Randy Lipton and his team, we were able to
identify how to reorganize and focus our research and development efforts. This quickly
led to an increased level of effectiveness. The greatest compliment that I can give to his
work is that the effectiveness has continued to increase over time.
